Chinese New Year will hit the yellow-skinned community in Malaysia like a train in two days. It will be a barrage of noise, food, relatives and cash (kaching!) all swirled into a multi-sensoral experience that will leave you dazed at the end of the 15-day-long festivities.
Personally, I'm just looking forward to the 5-day break, also thanks to the Awal Muharram holiday that will be replaced on the 11th. Yah yah, I know some of you are off for the whole week. Don't gloat! =p Oh yah, and yee sang too! With lots of raw salmon soaked in brandy!!
