baked dory fillet


Baked dory fillet, served with baked potatoes and carrots

Just a little something that was inspired by a simple Jamie Oliver recipe for baked carrots. Simply threw some fish, carrots and taters on a large aluminium foil; sprinkled salt, black pepper and dill for taste; drizzled some oil; wrapped up aluminium foil tightly and baked it in the ovenette for about 30 minutes. Took the package out of the oven, tore open the foil, sprinkled some cheddar cheese and sat watching it melt. Bon appetit!
